Customer service has never been more important than it is in the current business environment. Client retention is critical, and so much of it has to do with making customers feel like they are in the loop at all times.  To help, StreetSmart’s Job Share Feature includes the ability to send customers a pdf, including  job details, as a proof of service as soon as a job has been completed. This is exactly the kind of proactive communication that can help your business stand apart from your competitors and demonstrate to clients that you’re committed to a successful partnership with them.

Set Up Is Easy

Customize your header 

Before you start using the Proof of Service feature, you may want to make sure you have updated the “Custom Header” with your company logo, address and phone number.  Access this under “Administration>Settings>Custom Header.”  Upload your logo and then in the “Header Text” section, you can enter your company address, phone number, web site or even your tagline.  Click “Save” when you are done and now your logo will appear on the job details pdfs.

Enable the proof of service feature
  1. Under “Administration>Job Types” in the StreetSmart Web Management App, left click on the Job Type you want to edit.  
  2. Select “Edit Job Type” from the pop-up menu.  
  3. Click on the “5. Share” on the left-hand side menu.  
  4. Select the box next to the “Allow Mobile Worker to Email Completed Job”.  To customize the email template that is sent out to the customer, you may do so on this same step, under the “Custom Email Template” section.

This same feature can also be used to send a copy of completed job details to your billing staff, so they know when the job has been completed and can generate the invoice.
