Partner to Integrate Field Service Data

NRS Software, a new StreetSmart partner, will offer customers the ability to seamlessly integrate StreetSmart Job Forms data into their cloud-based NRS Software (NRS) accounting systems.

When the NRS customer installs StreetSmart Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) App on field workers’ mobile devices, they can use the StreetSmart Administrative cloud application to send trouble tickets and other job information to the field service worker. Using configurable mobile forms, workers can send inventory and job status information back to the office. Data is integrated into their accounting software using NRS’ application program interface (API).

According to Frost & Sullivan, the number of North American mobile field services workers is currently estimated at 20 million. Moreover, MarketsandMarkets reports that field service automation software is growing at an estimated CARG of 21-27%. The evolution of mobile devices and improved cloud-based technologies are helping to spur this growth in field service applications like StreetSmart.
