New Public Forms Enables Improved Customer Engagement


StreetSmart Adds Web-Based Forms Capability for Customer Feedback in Product Release 18.11

Since the early days of mobile apps, StreetSmart has been a leader in wireless forms for mobile workforce management. Recently we applied our knowledge of mobile worker forms and introduced an entirely new capability with web-based forms for customer feedback and engagement. Our new Public Forms capability, available in our latest product release (18.11), allows businesses to improve customer engagement directly from their StreetSmart Mobile Workforce Administrative App.

With Public Forms, you can create web-based forms easily within StreetSmart cloud-based software and connect the forms to specific service job types. Once a job completes, a URL to the online form is automatically sent to the customer to collect their feedback. Data entered by the customer immediately populates into the StreetSmart solution for the reporting and analysis of worker and job specific information.

StreetSmart Product Release 18.11 also includes expanded Alerts capabilities for both the manager and mobile worker. With configured workflows, managers are alerted based on individual worker activities, including when workers depart or arrive at their home base location. Mobile workers can be alerted when they need to complete a wireless form, whether it’s to mark a form status as closed or to clock out on their mobile timesheet. The new release also offers improved mobile worker experiences with a variety of mobile app enhancements.
